1 1/2 c warm milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 T. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 T. sugar
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast, shortening and sugar to milk. Stir well. Mix in egg, salt and flour. Let rise 15 minutes. Work down with a spoon and let rise 15 more minutes. Shape into rolls and place in a greased pan. Let rise 15 minutes, bake at 400 for 15 minutes or untill done.
