1 c, shorteneing
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
6 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt. Blend and cool; add beaten eggs. Sprinkle yeast in warm water, stir until dissolved. Add to shortening mixture. Add flour and blend well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Dough will rise slightly. Roll out amount needed and let rise 2-3 hours more. Bake at 420 for 12-15 minutes. Dough will keep at least 15 days.
