2 T. butter
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 c. soft dry bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. light cream
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add onion and bread crumbs. Add next 7 ingrediets and refrigerate 2 hours. Form into 8 cakes and roll lightly in flour. Brown in frying pan in melted margarine for 6 minutes on each side.
