1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, well beaten
10 saltines, crushed
1/4 c. half and half
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 of a green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 small jar of pimento, drained and chopped
3 T. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 T. mayonnaise
paprika

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except crab and paprika, mix well. Gently fold in crab and pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven 450 for 12-15 minutes.
