2 T olive oil
4 gloves garlic, crushed away from skin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper leaves
24 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails
2 tsp grill or steak seasoning (Montreal) or coarse salt & pepper
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add oil, garlic, red pepper and shrimp.
Season with grill seasoning and cook shrimp 3 minutes or til pink.
Toss with lemon and parsley
Remove shrimp to a platter, leaving garlic cloves in pan.
