5 lb sugar
1 gallon water
2-46 oz cans unsweetened pineapple juice
1 large bottle Real Lemon
1 bottle almond flavoring
2 quarts gingerale

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the day before serving. Cook sugar and water until sugar is melted into a syrup. Cool and add remaining ingredients except the gingerale. Refrigerate. On the day of serving, add 1 quart of gingerale for 1/2 the punch mixture.

We looked forward to Christmas Eve to have this punch! It does keep well in refrigerate prior to adding gingerale.
