2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. soda


Frosting

1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Frosting:

Mix well, spread on cake as soon as it comes from oven
