2-1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Jasmine Rice
1/20 Tsp. Salt
1 Can Coconut Milk
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first three ingredients together until rice is done (25 minutes). Stir together sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon, and add to rice. Add remaining ingredients, stir and heat. Serve with French bread. Great cold, too.
