1 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa
1/3 c salad oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients onto wax paper. Sift again into ungreased pan. Make 3 wells. Pour salad oil into onewell. Vinegar into one well, and vanilla inot 1 well. Add milk and stir with fork until well blended. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. CHOCOLATE FROSTING: heat 4 tbsp water and 2 tbsp butter add 2 oz chocolate and 2 tsp vanilla. Sift 2 c sifted powdered sugar into liquid and beat until spreading consistency.
