2 cans S & W black beans
1 bag S & W petite white corn
1 red pepper
1 small purple onion
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 avocados

Rinse and drain black beans.
Dice onion, red pepper, avocado.
Chop parsley and cilantro very fine.
Use fresh lime juice if possible.
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour!

Best served with Tostitos whole grain chips.
