4 eggs, seperated
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups pumkin
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
5 cups milk, heated
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and brown sugar together till light in color. Add white sugar, then remaining ingredients. Beat egg whites and fold in last. Bake at 425 degrees til brown, then at 325
