3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
1 T. cornmeal
1 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 T. vinegar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted margarine over dry ingredients; add vanilla and vinegar; add well beaten eggs. Beat until frothy. Add 1 cup. chopped pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
