1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
3 eggs
1 can flaked coconut
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350.
