1 can plain artichokes, drained, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
8 oz mayonnaise
1 C shredded Parmesan cheese
1 t garlic

Directions:

Mix everything together, place in greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
