1 stick margarine
1 1/2 C sugar
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 t cornmeal
1 t vinegar
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time beating each one. Add vanilla, cornmeal and vinegar. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
