32 oz. can chicken broth
1 large block Velveeta cheese
1 large bag mixed vegetables
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, diced and cubed small
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken broth in large saucepan with potatoes, mixed vegetables, and onions. Bring to boil. Potatoes should be cooked. Remove from heat and add cheese and soup until melted. Mix well.
