1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 T. oil
3 c. cooked chicken, shredded
49 oz. can chicken broth
14 oz. can chicken broth
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes (Rotelle)
1 can regular diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 bag frozen whole kernel corn
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
Chili powder to taste (1 1/2 T.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In large stock pot saute onions in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 hours.

Serve with crumbled corn tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese (chopped Avocado is also yummy!).
