1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour, heaping

Mix thoroughly:
1 1/2 c. milk and cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 shredded coconut
1 egg separated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat whites to a stiff froth. Do not cook before putting into pie shell. Add whites of egg last. Then pour into an unbaked pie shell; do not bake to fast! (250 to 300 degrees until done)
