1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 can of "rotel" tomatoes
1 pkg. of chili seasoning
1 small can of chili peppers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 bag of favorite chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and drain. In the blender mix tomatoes, chili seasoning, and chili peppers. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for 20 minutes, until well seasoned. In a separate baking dish, spread cream cheese. Pour the seasoned chili meat mixture over the top. Top the meat mixture with the shredded cheese. Cover and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is well melted. Remove from oven and serve warm with chips.
