3 c. sifted flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
5. Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, shortening and salt. Beat egg; add water and vinegar, then add to flour mixture. Makes 2 9inch double crust pies.
