1/2 head lettuce
1 chopped tomato
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. alfalfa sprouts
2 oz. Swiss cheese (cubed)
4 T. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dressing:
1/4 c. orange juice (natural/fresh)
1 T. olive oil
1 small minced garlic
1 T. minced onion
2 T. Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss lettuce, tomato, black olives, alfalfa, Swiss cheese, raisins, and walnuts. Prepare dressing using the orange juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, and vinegar. Serve salad and add amount of dressing desired.
