2 lbs. yellow squash
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 medium grated carrot
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 small pkg, Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion; drain off liquid. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 of the dressing. Place in a greased baking dish. Top with the balance of the herb dressing. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
