1 c. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar (granulated)
6 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and beat. Add soda to flour. All flour mixture alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff sand fold into batter. Bake in tube/bundt pan at 300 about 1 1/2 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before turning out onto serving plate.
