1 Ripe avocado
Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
1 red pepper
2 T. chopped onion
Chopped walnuts or pecans
Italian or Ceasar salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core the avocado. Fill the cavity with chees crumbles. Cut the red pepper into strips and add to each avocado half. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped onions to each avocado half. Sprinkle each with chopped nuts and serve with salad dressing.
