3/4 c. sugar 1 c. water Salt 1/2 c. top milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 egg whites 1/4 c. sugar
Combine sugar, salt and water. Cook 5 minutes; cool. Add milk, then lemon juice. Freeze firm in refrigerator tray. Turn into chilled bowl and beat. Beat egg whites; add sugar; continue beating until sugar is dissolved. Fold into frozen mixtures; return to tray; freeze firm.
