1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineaple tidbits, drained
2 apples, chopped
2 oranges, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) sliced beets
3/4 c. peanuts, chopped


Dressing
1/2 c. salad oil
3 T. lime juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place salad ingredients except peanuts in large bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and toss with salad. Sprinkle peanuts over top.
