1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients, add and stir until smooth. Blend in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12- 15 min.
