Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
garlic powder
1 (14 oz.) can Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
1 cup of frozen peas
6 cups of water
3 packets of Geo. Washington Seasoning
(or 2 chicken bouillon cubes)
1/2 lb. of ditalini pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in 3 qt. sauce pan, add a dash of garlic powder, add the stewed tomatoes, saute until the tomatoes are cooked--you can tell when the tomato liquid is evaporated--takes about five minutes. Add the peas, water and the seasoning. Bring to a boil, then lower flame and boil slowly for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook pasta per directions in a separate pot. Drain pasta and place in large bowl. Pour the peas and tomatoes broth over and mix. Serve with grated cheese on top.

Note: If you don't like large pieces of tomato, put
the tomatoes thru a chopper or blender before cooking. You can make this a simple one pot meal by adding sliced sausage or small meatballs.

Personal Notes:
Angie was my secretary when I was part owner of a business, a great support professionally and personally and one of the most selfless Christian human beings I have ever known. She loved to make this and bring in for lunch. I love it room temperature in the summer, served with grilled meats! Serves 6
