2/3 c. Butter
2 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Chopped Apples
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts
Confectioners Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well. Mix in apples and walnuts. Baked in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
