2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Garlic Powder (I use more)
Dash Ground Red Pepper (I use more)
1/4 c. Chopped Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder and ground red pepper until well blended. Add green onions; mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Shape cheese mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in nuts, cheddar cheese, paprika, sesame seed or fresh parsley.

I like to use this mixture to create two larger cheese balls. I like to roll one in shredded cheese and the other in fresh chopped parsley.
