2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 T. butter
2 T. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place milk and sugar in heavy pan; bring to boil. Add butter and cocoa to boiling mixure. Boil mixture to soft boil stage. Add nuts and vanilla and beat until stiff enough to put in buttered 8x8 pan.
