1 bag (12 oz.) whole-berry cranberries, cooked per directions
3/4 tube saltine crackers, finely crushed
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped, with powdered sugar to taste
1 tsp. vanilla and/or 1 tsp. Cream Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Chill cranberry sauce well. Whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla and/or sherry. In large glass bowl, spread a layer of cranberry sauce, followed by layer of crackers and layer of whipped cream. Repeat layers, ending with cream.
