1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 11oz can of mandarin oranges
1 3 oz. package of instant vanilla pudding
1 1 lb. 4oz. can crushed pineapples
1 12 oz. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges (including juice) in mixing bowl until smooth (be careful not to overmix). Pour into 3 greased and floured 8" cake pans. Bake 15-20 minutes. In a separate bowl mix pudding and pineapples (including juice). Gently fold whipped cream into mix. Spread on cooled cake then refrigerate until ready to serve.
