2 lbs. ground chuck
1 small onion-chopped
1 egg
˝ c. Italian breadcrumbs
1 T. garlic powder
2 tsp. Lawry’s seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form into meat balls, brown in frying pan with 1 T. olive oil. Take meatballs out to drain. Pour grease out and add water to pan scraping the bottom. Add 1 pkg. of dry onion soup mix and stir. Return meatballs to pan and bring to a boil; cover and lower heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice or egg noodles. Thicken broth to gravy if you desire.
