1 box of lemon cake mix
1 3oz. pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
10 oz. 7up
1 sm. can crushed pineapples
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick of margarine
2 T. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, pudding, 4 eggs, oil and 7up until smooth. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a 13 x 9 pan. Mix and then cook pineapples, 2 beaten eggs, sugar, margarine and flour until thick. Remove from burner and mix in nuts and coconut. Pour over cooled cake. Allow cake to cool an additional 15 minutes and then place in refrigerator to chill for 3 hours.
