1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding 1 c. water 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Brown sugar Chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat all ingredients until smooth, approximately 3 minutes. Grease tube pan w/butter. Sprinke brown sugar and nuts in pan. Pour batter mix in pan and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes before inverting on a plate.
