Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. prepared mustard (I use Country Dijon mustard)
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepard horseradish
6 dinner rolls - 3 inches long
sliced mozzarella cheese
6 thick sliced Colby cheese
sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first five ingredients in a small bowel for spreading. Set aside. (I double the sauce and make it ahead to let onions soften). Slice dinner rolls in half horizontally. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each bun with the dressing mixture. Place one piece of Colby cheese. Layer 4 to 6 slices of ham on top of each piece of cheese. (You may beed less ham if your slices are thicker - I use very thin sliced ham) Place sliced mozzarella cheese on top of ham. Drizzle dressing on top of the cheese. Place top half of bun on top of sandwich. Bake in 350 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
