1 baguette French bread
1 container garlic herb cheese spread
5-6 plum tomatoes
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into thin slices. Brush with olive oil. Toast in oven at 400 for approximately 10 minutes or until toasted. Top with a tomato slice and a small dollop of the cheese spread and serve.

Note: The toasted bread slices can be made ahead of time.
