1 c. sugar
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick margarine
1 can pie filling or equivalent of fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and baking powder. Add a little milk at a time while mixing. Melt margarine in. Pour flour mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan with melted margarine. Spoon pie filling (or fruit) over flour mixture. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until done.
