Mushroom caps
1 pkg. cream cheese with chives
Bacon
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cut stems off your mushrooms and wash caps. Chop up your stems into very small pieces and mix with softened cream cheese. Stuff the caps with your cream cheese mix. Cut your raw bacon strips in half. Wrap each mushroom cap with a strip of bacon and hold together with a toothpick. Place them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375º on the top rack of the oven until the bacon is crisp (usually about 30 minutes). Serve hot.

Easy recipe, tastes great. Make sure your bacon is cooked well and remember it will shrink so don’t wrap too tightly.
