4 Cloves Garlic
1/2-2/3 of a 1/4 lb. Stick of Butter
4-5 T. Olive Oil
1 small Can Tomatoes (stewed is ok)
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Basil Leaves
1 Bunch Parsley
2-3 Bunches of Scallions (12-16)
3-4 (6 oz.) cans Minced Clams
Shrimp/Scallops - Jumbo (4-5 per person)

Directions:
Melt butter & oil in large frying pan. Cut up garlic in fine pieces. Cut up scallops, shrimp, & tomatoes into small pieces and add all to the frying pan. Add spices and clam juice to the frying pan and cook 30-45 min. Pour over linguini
