Lemon Sauce: 1 c. Lemon Juice 1 c. Salad Oil 1 Garlic Clove (peeled & grated) 1 Small Onion (grated) 1 tsp. Pepper 1 tsp. Dried Thyme 1 tsp. Marjoram 1 tsp. Rosemary
Mix together sauce ingredients and chill several hours. Pour over chicken (cut up) and let marinate 1 hour. Place chicken in oven broiler (middle rack) at 350º. Brush with sauce several times while cooking. Cooking time varies based on size of chicken pieces.
