1 whole chicken
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Cajun seasoning - Amazin' Cajun (Can purchase at World Market)
1 Coca Cola can soda

Directions:
Directions:
Light all burners on your gas stove on high until the temperature reads 350 degrees. Turn off burners on one side and put the remaining burners on low. Rub chicken with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Place chicken butt over the can cola and then place can and chicken on the grill with both burners turned off. Use the chicken's legs to prop it up on the cola can. Cook for one hour and 30 minutes. Remove from the grill and let stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.
