4 salmon steaks or fillets (6 oz each)
cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and ginger in small bowl. Pour over salmon and marinate at least 1 hour in refrigerator (turn over once).

Preheat Grill. When ready to grill, wrap each fillet in aluminum foil and grill for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness.
