7 egg whites
2 cups sugar
1 T baking powder
2-3/4 cup crushed soda crackers or graham crackers
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
6 oz chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grease two 9" pie pans. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and baking powder until dissolved. Then add crackers, chopped pecans and vanilla. Divide mixture evenly. Pour into pans and bake at 325 for 30 min. When cool top with whipped topping and nuts.
