1/4 c worcheshire sauce 1/2 c lea and perrins sweet and spicy steak sauce (or other sweet and tangy sauce will work) 2 T lemon or lime juice 2 T oil 1/4 c dried or 1/2 c fresh minced onion 3/4 t salt 1/2 t dried or 1 t fresh minced garlic 3 lb sirloin steak
Marinade steak. Grill to desired doneness. Slice across grain.
