5 medium potatoes, par-boiled and cubed
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 slice bread, broken into pieces
1/4 - 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c fresh or smaller amount dried parsley
1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter
1/2 c corn flakes (or bread crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, green pepper, onion, brad, cheese and parsley. Place in greased casserole dish. Heat milk and butter til butter is melted. Pour mixture over other ingredients. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 or until cheese is melted.
