1/3 c orange juice
1/3 c soy sauce
3 T peanut oil
3 T ketchup
1 T honey
1/3 t ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Salmon filet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour over salmon. Marinade 30 minutes or more. Grill 5 minutes on one side, then 3 minutes on the other.

This leftover salmon makes the best salmon patties. Just mix this with an egg, some chopped onion and crushed saltines. Form patties and saute in butter.
