12 wings, about 2 lbs
2 T dry rub
1 t liquid smoke
1 T water
2 T Paprika
2 T brown sugar
2 T salt
1 T ground red cayenne pepper
1 t dry mustard
1 bay leaf

Make dry rub by combining ingredients in food processor and blend until pulverized. Makes 1/2 cup. Store in airtight container.

Mix the liquid smoke and water. Rub onto wings then rub them liberally with the dry rub. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Allow to return to room temperature before cooking.
Heat oven to 350. Arrange wings in sigle layer on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake 45-50 minutes until browned and cooked through.
