One 18-oz. package of Pillsbury refreigerated sugar cookies
1 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup white chocolate baking chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350 degrees. In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir in coconut. Shape dough into 36 1" balls. The balls will be small in size. Place balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With thumb, make an indentation in the center of each cookie ball. Place a clump of coconut in the center of each. Bake 10-13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets and let cool for 5 minutes. Microwave the white chocolate chips in a small bowl for about 2 minutes on medium. Add enough water to thin out to make a drizzle. Drizzle chocolate over the cookies.
